All prices are per day including final cleaning plus. Local tax of €4.00 per person per day from 16 years. The prices apply to a stay of 4 nights or more - for bookings of up to 3 nights a short stay surcharge will be charged.
Our cancellation conditions: Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations made at a later date, the following cancellation fees (from the total price) will be charged:
- 3 months to one month before arrival date: 40% cancellation fee
- 4 weeks to one week before arrival date: 70% cancellation fee
- within the last 7 days and no show: 100% cancellation fee
Reservations are made in written form and are only valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation. A deposit of 30% is due 3 months before arrival, the remaining amount can be paid directly on site (cash, EC card, Visa and Mastercard).
